About us

            DeCode, an outreach program was started in the year 2010 by the Genetic Engineering Association of SRM University along with the Indian Genetics Society with the aim of dispersing more knowledge about the enigmatic field of Genetic Engineering in the minds of aspiring scientists.It has been a success for the past six years with more school students gaining an active interest in the program and thereby developing an avid interest in the up coming field of genetics.
